Agent Creation for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio for Human Resources
In this session, you will build an agent with John Petersen from TD SYNNEX, who leads the Microsoft Cloud Sales Engineering team. John brings deep expertise in helping partners and customers translate business challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
Move beyond Copilot as a chat assistant and put it to work building agents that get things done. In this hands-on lab, you’ll use Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio to design and deploy an HR agent that answers employee questions, streamlines common HR workflows, and surfaces the right information from your content. Each attendee works in their own guided cloud lab environment (powered by CloudLabs), following step-by-step instructions to build, test, and refine a working agent by the end of the session — no prior development experience required.
